Terms of service

Last updated July 19, 2026. These terms are between you and the developer identified as Fontpost's publisher in the Chrome Web Store ("Fontpost," "we," or "us"). Fontpost, not Google, is the seller of Fontpost Pro.

Service

Fontpost Free provides local typography controls on supported webmail sites. Fontpost Pro is an optional recurring subscription for automatic contact fonts, offline Google Font storage, workflow tools, account access, and automatic encrypted backup and restoration. Recipient email clients may display configured fallback fonts.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, Pro remains available until then, and no further renewal charge will be made. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to use fonts you upload and are responsible for font licenses, message content, and use of your email provider.

Acceptable use and availability

You may not abuse sign-in, bypass access controls, attack the service, or use it unlawfully. Service access may be suspended for abuse or security risk. Features may change for security, reliability, and legal compliance. Automatic sync requires an active Pro subscription, the same Google account, network access, and a completed successful sync. It is a continuity tool, not the sole archival copy for irreplaceable data.

Disclaimers and liability

Fontpost is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fontpost disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Fontpost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fontpost's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Fontpost Pro during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Disputes and contact

Disputes are subject to the courts and laws that have jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. To contact Fontpost, use the support contact shown on Fontpost's Chrome Web Store listing.
